LEGAL BASIS
Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the Site and services requested by the user and to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring security and technical operation. Analytics, marketing, profiling and social-media cookies are used on the basis of the user’s consent, where required. Refusal does not prevent general browsing, but some optional functions or personalised content may be unavailable.
HOW CONSENT IS COLLECTED
On first access, the Site displays a banner that enables the user to accept all optional cookies, reject them or manage preferences by category. Closing the banner or continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Preferences may be changed or withdrawn at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the Site footer. The banner may be shown again when required, including following material changes or removal of the cookie that records preferences.
HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES
Users may manage preferences through the Site’s “Manage cookies” tool and through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies through the browser may impair Site functionality.
RECIPIENTS AND DISCLOSURE
Data collected through cookies may be processed by authorised and trained employees and collaborators of the Controller, providers of IT, technical, organisational and digital-marketing services acting as processors, and third parties that provide optional technologies where the user has consented. Personal data will not be disseminated.
USER RIGHTS
Users may exercise the rights provided by applicable data-protection law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to the Controller at the address above or to compliance@eptarefrigeration.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
